If you send in an item that does not match the one in the description, we will contact you and try to rebuild it if requested. In order to get your unit rebuilt you will need to remove the faulty unit from the vehicle and send it to us, we would then test the unit and if it is faulty we would rebuild it then return it to you with a Lifetime* warranty.
